My Role: Assistant Site Superintendent
As the Assistant Site Superintendent, I oversee a wide range of tasks, including scheduling, material logistics, safety compliance, and coordination with subcontractors. Working under the Site Superintendent, my role ensures the smooth daily operations of the project while fostering efficient communication among teams and ensuring the highest standards in construction quality and safety.
