My Role: Assistant Site Superintendent
In my role as Assistant Site Superintendent, I was instrumental in managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and upholding high construction standards. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing site activities, performing critical inspections, and maintaining efficiency throughout the project’s duration.

Daily Operations Management: Supervised construction activities across two wood-framed buildings, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to project timelines.
Framing Inspections: Conducted framing punch-list inspections to verify quality and compliance with structural standards.
Waterproofing Verification: Inspected exterior wrap and flashing for waterproofing integrity, ensuring long-term protection against moisture and weather-related damage.
Site Safety Oversight: Enforced site safety standards, including the installation and maintenance of erosion-control measures like silt fences.
Resource Monitoring: Maintained daily lumber and material inventory to ensure accurate allocation, minimize waste, and prevent shortages.
Structural Integrity Checks: Inspected pre-engineered roof trusses, identifying and addressing necessary repairs to maintain safety and durability.
